In the past few years, we all learned that work can be adapted to personal life, not vice-versa. We learned that people from different continents and cultures can work together. We learned that mental health and well-being are essential to building highly performant teams. People don't need to be stressed to do their best work. They don't need to be in the same office all the time or stay over hours. We learned it the hard way, after going through a couple of burn-outs ourselves.
